InterLoire organized <\/a>a Supper Club in Belgium, bringing together nine sommeliers for a convivial event that combined wine tasting, fine dining, and an exploration of the Loire Valley\u2019s terroirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hosted by Kristel Balcaen, a sommelier and instructor, this event offered participants the opportunity to discover 14 wines from 11 appellations and geographical indications in the Loire region through a blind tasting and creative food-and-wine pairings featuring aromatic herbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil \u201cLes Cannoni\u00e8res\u201d<\/a> was among the selected vintages\u2014a wonderful opportunity to showcase the diversity of Loire wines to Belgian industry professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
