Complices de Loire invites you to an exceptional event dedicated to Chenin, on the roof of the Dôme, with a panoramic view over the Loire. The evening will showcase our region’s emblematic grape variety in all its richness and diversity, through a refined gustatory journey.

The gourmet bites will be imagined and created by chef Marlon Medina and his teams from the restaurants Masama and Maison Zue in Saumur.
Five culinary creations will be subtly paired with different expressions of Chenin, for an elegant and singular sensory experience.
