Sur le fil
Dark purple color with some violet hints red fruit, flower, and spice aromas that are accentuated by a slightly caramelized vanilla notes. Medium – bodied wine with a long and a smooth finish.
Pinot noir for special occasions can be paired with grilled beef steak, portobello mushrooms, saint-nectaire and other strong cheeses.
A yellow robe, a nose of toasted almonds on acidulous lemon notes with white flowers hints. The mouth full and tart. It’s a vouvray for special occasions.

La jolie brise
This wine has a beautiful white golden color and complex nose. Mingling notes of citrus and fresh exotic fruit and floral aromas dominated this bottle. The attack is fresh and dense. Mouth is highlighted with salinity and lingering minerality.
Goes wonderfully with arcachon oyster and asparagus with smoked salmon, caviar, lobster in hollandaise sauce with orange, grilled octopus, beaufort or morbier cheese, blackberry tart.
