This wine has a brilliant dark purple color and aromas of black and red fruits blackberry, plum, redcurrant). in a mouth, notes of fresh black fruits accentuated with vanilla notes due to long ageing in french oak barrels. . cot gives to this wine powerful tannins, while cabernet franc gives to it smooth and velvety structure. this wine will be appreciated with meat with character : Côte de boeuf, rumsteak in pepper sauce.

This wine is the perfect accompaniment to fried smelts. as an aperitif, Salade au chèvre chaud for starters, fish and seafood on the BBQ (prawns, tuna, salmon). A perfect accompaniment to Bleu d’Auvergne and Saint-Maure de Touraine. also slightly tart desserts (lemon tarts, sorbets)

Dark purple color with some violet hints red fruit, flower, and spice aromas that are accentuated by a slightly caramelized vanilla notes. Medium – bodied wine with a long and a smooth finish.
Pinot noir for special occasions can be paired with grilled beef steak, portobello mushrooms, saint-nectaire and other strong cheeses.
