Les Petites terrasses
The color is bright and purple. Intense aromas of cherry, strawberry, violet, and berries with a little hint of spices dominate this pretty bottle. The mouth is light, delicate and supple with flavors of juicy and fresh red fruits.
Can be enjoyed as aperitif with paté and camembert, vegetable based starters. This easy-drinking wine goes well with pizza and “croque monsieur”.
La Grande Pièce
The bright garnet color in a glass. A pretty morello cherry nose with delicate redcurrant scents announces a light and fragrant mouth. The silky tannins are very subtle here, they are punctuated with a nice freshness.
This wine has a light structure and can be chilled as aperitif but with enough depth to sit nicely with tapas and charcuterie plate. Perfect for summer bbq (especially ribs, grilled sausage).
The color is brilliant red with some violet hints. Lively aromas of red fruits (raspberry) with jalapeño and red pepper notes. On the palate there are nice silky tannins with flavors of sour cherry and smoky tomato. Light and delicate wine that suprises you with its fruitiness.
This chinon goes wonderfully well with cold starters, roasted pork, beef burgers, meatballs in tomato sauce, chicken tomato curry and turkey with cranberry.
Saumur Champigny Bio
A deep and intense dark red color. Floral blueberry nose and complex forest floor palate that dominate this pretty bottle. Powerful and long lasting tannins that are accentuated with a nice acidity in a mouth.
The best option for a sunday roast. This wine will be also particularly appreciated with stuffed chicken and meals with tomato-based and spicy sauces.
Touraine Sauvignon Bio
This wine has a pale yellow colour with a beautiful brilliance. The nose is very expressive and full of floral and mineral aromas. A powerful and fresh mouth is accentuated with notes of ripe fruits. This is the very balanced and juicy sauvignon with an appetizing acidity and a nice lenght.
Perfect as an aperitif, with verrines of avocado and shrimps in cocktail sauce, lobster with hollandaise sauce, caprese salad,flammekueche, japanese cuisine, cheese platters or different dessert with peach or citron.
This wine has a golden colour and an intense nose full of floral (acacia) and citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon) notes. Voluminous and gourmet mouth, marked by notes of candied white fruits (peach). Lingering acidity taht reinforce the freshness of this wine, gives you a tasting pleasure.
This wine will be particularly appreciated with caribbean and asian cuisine, seafood in coconut and mango sauces, camembert with truffles and some desserts as peach crumble or tarte tatin.
Terre de Caillotte
Straw yellow colour on the glass. This wine has an elegant nose, with a superb aromatic palette, mixing grapefruit and ripe blackcurrant with a distinctive minerality and “smokiness” given by chalky soils. It’s an exceptional wine for special occasions.
This wine will be particularly appreciated with asparagus or avocado with smoked salmon, sea bream, chicken with backed mango and banana sauce, warm goat cheese salad and cheeses as bleu d’auvergne and burrata.
A limpid yellow color with golden hints. Nose of yellow apples with caramel nuances is balanced with the buttery round mouth that give an immediate tasting pleasure.
Very food friendly wine: fettucchini alfredo pasta, grilled salmon with bernaise sauce, cold tuna tartare , chicken tajine with curry, perfect for some desserts as a creme brulee or apple pie.
