Our traditional wine range and its 9 appellations
The mosaic of our region is presented with the well known Loire Valley appellations, from Sancerre to Saumur Champigny going through Vouvray and Montlouis-sur-Loire.
Jus de Gamay
A bright garnet color. A pretty nose of morello cherry and blackberry scents is associated with a light and fresh mouth. This light bodied wine is very smoothy and fruit forwarded accentuated with a nice acidity in a mouth.
The best choice for a pizza party or bbq with white meat and sausages, or lasagne / spagetti alla bolognese. Goes perfectly with cantal or hot brie cheeses.
Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil
The dress is bright dark and purple with some violet hints.Very expressive aromatic nose full of ripe red fruit with hints of pepper and licorice.The mouth is light and supple with flavors of juicy and fresh red fruits.
It’s a very food friendly wine: has a light structure to be served chilled by glass as aperitif, but also can be enjoyed with game, beef kidneys in madeira wine sauce, grilled meats or any kind of dishes with character. Will absolutely surprise you in pair with dark chocolate.
The strong garnet color and a pretty morello cherry nose announces a delicate mouth. The silky tannins are there, punctuated with a nice freshness.
This wine will be particularly appreciated with tapas and appetizer buffet, chorizo omelette, fajitas, beef goulash, raclette, tajine with vegetables, aged mimolette, italian parmigiano or pecorino cheeses.
La petite timonerie
The color is brilliant red. Nose is charming and full of ripe fruits. This wine is characterized by its elegance and generosity. Long lasting and well balanced taste with elegant tannins and a nice touch of acidity.
Can be enjoyed with mushrooms quiche, beef fillet with roquefort sauce, french pot a feu, duck breasts (magrets) in sauce of 3 peppers, pont l’evêque or saint maure de touraine cheeses.
Les roches célestes
Deep ruby colour with purple hints. Beautiful nose full of ripe black fruits as blackcurrant and blackberry with spicy notes (jalapeño and blak pepper). This well balanced wine has a powerful Palate with lingering tannins and licorice notes.
This wine will be particularly appreciated with grilled or roasted red meats, roast poultry dishes in sauce (turkey with chanterelles). Can be also enjoyed with A wine fondue or cheeses with character as normandy camembert and saint-nectaire.
It’s open-hearted wine with lovely fresh and aromatic flavors of gooseberries, blackcurrant, nettles leaves. The palate is juicy and round, but also piquant and mineral.
The finish reveals nice pomelo flavors abd a slight salinity.
This wine will be particularly appreciated as an aperitif, with warm lobster salad, sea scallops with white butter sauce, goat and brie cheeses, or for a dessert.
Pointe de silex
A yellow color with golden hints . Seductive nose full of aromas of yellow apple and caramelized peach. The mouth full and tart with nuances of toasted almonds on lingering mineral notes.
This wine goes perfectly with asian cuisine ( vietnamese, chinese), bouillabaisse (fish stew), meat in orange sauces or dishes in coconut sauces), caramelized pear or apple.
Clair de Lune
A yellow bright color with golden hints. Very aromatic nose full of floral aromas (linden, acacia). In the palate, this wine develops aromas of peach, pear, quince balanced with remarkable mineral notes, which are strengthened with the years (gun-stone, salinity).
This wine will be particularly appreciated with african cuisine,warm lobsters,cognac flambeed sea scallops, apple and pears crumble.
Terres de Caillottes
A clear robe. Dry yet fruity with floral notes, this wine is characterized by its high minerality, in particular inimitable flintiness, offering a complex palette that reveals all of the white earth limestone terroir.
Can be enjoyed with salmon tartare, red tuna carpaccio, barbecued grilled sardines or pilchards, seafood fondue, or with lemon based desserts as lemon crumble or lemon tart with meringue crust.
Beautiful white gold shiny color. Elegant nose with aromas of dried fruits, apple and quince tart. Sensual and elegant palate with flavors of french brioche. This wine is seductive by its minerality, freshness and the finesse of its bubbles.
This festive wine will be particularly appreciated for aperitif, crab in hollandaise sauce flavored with orange, grilled lobster, banana split, dame blanche or paris-brest desserts.
